As an HR i want to change the name of our Quality Management System can anybody specify some entries?

It is a software company and ia am working as an HR in it .The name has to be changed from QMS to some thing.My company name is BUTLER INTERNATIONAL

What do you hope to achieve by changing the name? QMS has nothing to do with the name of your company. What it does is tell your customers/clients that you are operating by international quality standards. Detailed investigations may indicate that you are ISO certified.

The system "QMS" is so named because it is a Quality Management System. I would imagine that the system was deigned with ISO9000+ standards which are international quality standards. Changing the name might defeat the purpose of having the system in the first place since your successors might not be aware of the origins of the system with a name change. QMS is synonymous with ISO9000, ISO 14000 so my advice to you is to leave the name alone.
