I'm from Bangalore, I've to be in Delhi On 24th Nov.for a very important matter. I can't take a risk for a train as I'm in the waiting list. So flight is my only option I have only 1700 Rupees for my one way ticket, is it posible to fly for 1700/- if so please tell me. If not, please tell me if I could go by bus to Delhi from Bangalore. Thanks.

try the train tatkal reservation, which opens 2 days before the journey date (earlier it was 1 day). u are sure to get yr reservation.

probably if u are lucky! u gotta check out the Deccan fares but the fact is u wll be paying approx 975+ transaction fees+ service tax apart from ur fare. so if u have only 1700 then u gotta look for a fare which is abt 600.
which is nxt to impossible.
indian airlines,sahara,jet airways are all 3000+

most inexpensive flight is Jet airways by internet reserving. entire for a go back fee ticket Delhi-Bangkok-Delhi will be about Rupees 21000 which includes all taxes. solid and smooth flight.
