After how many years from childhood to adult, my childhood friend and I meet. I kinda like her. Is it ok if I fall in love and court her?

Often people are great mates - after having been friends in childhood. There is a lot of stability in your common roots.

The feeling has to be mutual, of course.

Good luck,

if you truly have feelings for her, yes. Be careful and don't do anything that you may regret though. May not be the same person that you remember from your childhood.

You should be asking her if it's okay, but first make sure she doesn't have a boyfriend. Seriously, that sounds so nice. Good luck to you both.
