The pill is the best way of controlling irregular periods. Go and visit your doctor or family planning clinic and they will find one which is suitable. It may make your periods slightly irregular in the beginning but they would soon settle down.

This would all depend upon what is causing the irregular periods. Go to your gynecologist for testing, etc. and she will be able to determine the cause. There are medications available, depending on what it is.
