TURkeyDUckCHIchen-- It's a speciality that originated in Louisiana. It's a chicken stuffed in a duck which is stuffed in a turkey. Lots of spices and with the layering of the different types of poultry, has a really awesome flavor. You can buy them online and have them shipped anywhere. Great for Thanksgiving or any big holiday.

you have a butcher debone a whole turkey, a duck and a chicken. You lay the turkey down flat put a layer of dressing on it. Then lay the duck on top , place another layer of dressing then finally lay the chicken on top. make sure you season each layer before starting another one. Then pull it all together and tie it with butchers twine and bake until done.
