I would try to change the things in town, that makes comfortable. What you didn't like? in that town. buildings?, dirty?, pollution?, rude people?, language?, food?, noise?
None of above is permanent. Contribute yourself and spend few time in changing few things around you.
Think about underdeveloped villages and people live there.
You atleast get good education here. You should make yourself and your surrondings happy.

College isn't for everyone. I'm 22 and I did stop going to college. I decided to get a full time career on the railroad. I make as much as a 4 year graduate does, if not more. I don't have any loans to pay off, and I'm already looking for my own house. Its hard to find something decent but you might be surprised what you can find.
If you're interested in medical. You could always go to nursing school. Most hospitals will pay your way for school if you promise your time to them when you graduate. Something like 2 or 4 years.

Can you transfer to another college?? Is there another one close to where you are?
I would check on it and see if there is and transfer then. Why don't you like the town?? Don't you have any friends in college?? Try finding some hobbies to do, it sounds like you may need more than just studying for college. Some entertainment would help.

i would have stayed in the college or in the town where i was studying because for me it would have been the most important thing to do.just hang on until you can get transfered to another college or go to a different town.try to be around people you love and try to get the most of your education in the college. do things that you love doing.

I would carefully weigh the pros ans cons of the situation.
when does your course send? Is there still a long period before it ends? What would the financial implications be? Will I lose more or gain more?
If there's only a short time left, then I would suggest that you make the sacrifice because of yur future. Ask God for grace to endure.
all of the best .
