We were whipped with a switch or made to stand in the corner. Jeeze that sucked. lol. It was almost always my Momma. God love her. She was still a great Momma though.

Well, it is always my dad cos he is the disciplinarian at home.
And I am the eldest in the family and everytime I have to take the craps for my brother and sister.
He always blames me for all that happened to my siblings.
But it make me tough now...and till now I am always there for them.
I have become their protector even we are almost 40 now...
Cos I am Big Sister Big...cool huh!

I was whipped by my mom. On occasion my dad. Oh buddy, my dad scared me to death. I can only remember two whippings I got from him. My mom whipped us more, with belts and switches or whatever she could get sometimes. I was always in the corner though, usually for smarting off or cursing. I think my skull has been molded into the shape of a corner from years of standing, LOL! I love my parents though, they did a wonderful job, LOL!

My mum always gave us the belt strap around the legs. I still have a scar where the buckle got me once. Other than that we were sent to our rooms. Now I'm a mum I do use the "go to your room" but also the games and privelidge punishment. I don't feel smacking them helps at all - tried it.

Till School, mostly by Mom and ocassionaly by Dad. But now being father myself, i understand their frustrations.

I was punished by listing to my mom's 2 hour lectures.Half the time she rambles on about nothing.Still lover though.

step-dad,,he was a control freak and rather nasty,,belt buckles,tennis rackets,huge hands,,sticks,,,,,,,he had to go after he hit me and split the skin on my leg between his fingers,,,6 foot 5 tall and a coward eh.my mum never laid a hand on us and it was quite a shock after the wedding,,he did wait 3 weeks before he started hitting us all though after 2 years of dating so you have to give the poor man credit.pathetic,,and he still is.
