I've been reading that word for about a 100 times and i do not know what does it means. A subtitle of a show.

a chalice is a goblet (large cup) usually used to drink wine
If you want a modern day version check out the one that rappers like 50 Cent, Snoop and Bishop Don Juan use. Although historically chalices were usually used in ceremonies

A chalice is a goblet. I'm a saint and I'm holy, so I know all about chalices and goblets. When did you first realize that you don't know what a chalice is?

a chalice is the cup the priest uses to drink the wine during the mass. it represents the cup used by jesus christ during his last supper to share the wine with his disciples. by the way, the wine represents Jesus' blood.
