YOU CANT SET THERE AND TELL ME YOU COULD NOT GET A STEADY GOOD PAYING JOB IN THE MEDICAL FIELD ! , I REFUSE TO BELIEVE THAT CRAP , JUST BECAUSE YOU SERVED OUR COUNTRY , ( AND THANK YOU ) DOES NOT MEAN WHEN YOU GET OUT YOU AUTOMATICALLY GET ANY JOB THAT YOU FEEL YOU DESERVE , FIRST YOU GET THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR IT , AND THEN IF YOU CANT KEEP IT , THEN ***** , UNTIL THEN , JOIN OUR LITTLE GROUP OF THE UN-EMPLOYED

Excellent question. What's scary to me is how the Republicans crow about how great the economy is, and cite the Dow Jones and unemployment figures as proof. Ok, so the investment class is doing well, and a lot of people have given up looking for work and are no longer officially "unemployed." Then there's the trickle down or supply side economics that so many seem to believe. Lower taxes for business and wealthy individuals and they create more jobs in the US economy. Common sense and personal experiences such as yours debunk this theory. Hundreds of thousands of jobs are outsourced, while CEO salaries have skyrocketed to as much as 400 times that of the average worker.
James Webb the new Senator from VA summarized the real economic problem on Meet the Press yesterday. He said there's all this talk, all this policy about globalization, how it benefits Americans, etc. But who really benefits? The business elite and China. The worker has not been part of the equation.
----------------
"The first is, what is fair trade in the, in the age of globalization? We can talk about free trade agreements, but when are, when are they not fair? China’s the best example of that... a devalued currency that is enabling them to bring goods into this country at a very low price. And at the same time, they’re using that money to help finance our national debt. We’re becoming dependent on them.
The second is, what has happened to the American workers in, in this environment. Because when you look at the movement from GATT toward the WTO, the American workers, the workers around the world, were not addressed as an, as an issue in terms of fairness....
And then the third is, who is benefitting from ...the larger benefits of globalization? It’s not getting down to, to the workers. And that can be addressed,... at a starting point through corporate tax loopholes, there’re many of them; through how the tax code is structured that—in a, in a way that benefits the, the, the top 1 percent.
But this is an issue, it’s not just rich and poor anymore. It’s an issue of what is happening to workers worldwide and how the American worker fits into it. And that is my number one priority as a senator."

Im sorry to hear it bro.
You may want to do what i did, i used my GI Bill went back and graduated fm college not too long ago.
Ever since 2000 it has pretty much been like this.
People are working 2 and 3 "gigs" to survive and many more have just fallen off unemployment.
I recently was offered what i considered a great job only to have downsizing take it away.
They 'downsized' to up the stock value...........and of course the stock market loves that, proof of a great economy right?
Right now im working 2 jobs, one at about 12.50hr and another at 15.00hr, i have to do this or i go under. ( i live in los angeles county $$ )
For perspective i went from one at 59k yr to this in a short amount of time.
Guess im 'lucky'.

I feel for you, but blaming Republicans for this is misguided. All of this outsourcing and such -- it would have happened regardless of which party is running things.
Do you really think that, once the Democrats take control of Congress in January, this outsourcing business is going to stop? Will it stop if a Democrat becomes President in two years?
I hope it's obvious that the answer to both those questions is "no."
Not to mention, outsourcing and layoffs and such were also quite common under Clinton's watch. But it wasn't his fault either.
These are economic realities, not political ones.
I thank you for your service in Iraq and I am glad you got back safely. I thank you for fighting the terrorists in their back yard so that our back yards were safer.
And I hope that things turn out well for you. Hopefully there is an employer out there who will value a responsible, honorable, and dedicated veteran such as yourself.

In Ohio this is a huge problem. Even with degrees people are having a very difficult time finding jobs that don't involve temp agencies. Either you will be under-employed or spend your year going from one temporary job to another. I've heard about how wonderful the job market is now, but I have yet to see any proof of it other than an occasional news story out of Washington about our wonderful economy.

construction 7 had massive fires in it and the southwest corner exchange into buckling. that's WHY, in case you bear in mind, FDNY deserted efforts to maintain it on condition that no people have been left interior, and that's WHY, in case you bear in mind, the cameras have been experienced on it for various hours simply by fact it exchange into predicted to interrupt down--and then it did. Your lovable little edit of a "few small fires" ought to artwork properly on people who stay in cornfields and have by no skill gotten 5 miles of the situation of their births, yet you do ought to submit to in thoughts that 1000's of firefighters and engineers have been desirable there that day assessing the hearth, making judgements approximately construction 7 and witnessing the crumple. There are pictures of the fuselage on the Pentagon backyard. you only won't discover them on truther websites, that are curiously the sole websites you have visited. We went into Iraq for diverse motives. the time-honored one, IMO, is to establish some militia bases and have a greater valuable controlling area in the middle East than we've in Saudi Arabia, the place our presence is the reason for diverse controversary that fuels the fires of terrorism and places Saudi people who do company with the country in possibility.

Just take a few college classes and get a better job.
The outsourced jobs are the customer service and factory jobs, jobs Americans weren't taking.
The higher paying jobs are still here.
Just ONE class at a jr college can make a huge difference in your paycheck.
Good luck!

It sounds to me like you are a fraud and are impersonating one of our brave servicemen or women. Your facade showed through when you started B****ing about not finding a job with Mohawk, etc. when you are trained as a medic.
We have a severe shortage of trained help in our hospitals in the US. Open your eyes. Liberal fraud!
