billy-joe and i still go for malt shakes at the local ice cream parlor. and on fridays we dance this new fangled 'boogie-woogie'.

In real life, it made it worse, but just temporarily. For the most part the Yahoo Q&A has been very helpful and informative.

Maybe you can join some club activities in the college, try to get to know more people; you'll feel shy or embarassed, but it'll be a good experience.... The stumbles will polish you to be more fluent in communicating with others... Hope that helps... ^^

in real life~? it hasn't really affected my social life that much (but my internet social life is better now..)
i do find more topics to talk about with my friends though...
