yeah. every person feels things differently, and just because you don't sense a difference doesn't mean you aren't pregnant. and most pregnancy symptoms won't occur a week after you get pregnant, it would take awhile to have the common pregnancy symptoms...u probably just need to wait a bit longer. good luck!

you certainly can be pregnant without any of the symptoms.
ever heard of women going to the toilet and a baby popping out?
I am not a doctor but I have had a couple of kids myself, well my wife really, apart from missing your period at some point you can go all through the pregnancy without any symptoms except perhaps some unexplained weight gain.

Yes, absolutely. I didn't have any symptoms at all-- I couldn't even tell because my periods weren't regular. I happened to take a pregnancy test a few months later just to be sure, but otherwise I wouldn't have known until I would have started to show! Lol.
Good luck! If you still don't get your period a couple of days after you're expecting it, take a test to be sure.

oh yes you can!
it happened that to me, i had no symptoms at all. I only felt my breast heavier and a bit bloated myelf.
but these where usuall symptoms of period
and than.......i was preggo!
