I'm 14 and I'm looking for a gender therapist. I live about 30 mins away from Philidelphia. Do you think the gender therapist will see me within a day or two? I need to see one NOW so they can test me and I can prove that I really want to become a girl.

Try PFLAG's website. I know They have some resources, like doctors that have dealt with trans patients before, on their site. You can also find a chapter near your places and ask the. Basically, do some digging on that site and you'll either find a therapist or find someone that can connect you to a therapist. It's been a while since I've been to their site, so I don't exactly remember where the info is at.

I don't think they'll let you get a sex change that young. I mean, the legal age of consent is eighteen, and sex is less taboo than sex changes.
