why do disney channel find actors in western areas and not in asian areas ?

i am looking disney channel auditions in singapore for a long time and could not find so i have been sad lately.

All of the filming is done in the US, so it is much easier and more convenient to have actors that area already here. Why don't you mail an audition tape? If they want you and your parents are on board, they would move you to the US.
