sounds to me like no one there likes their job.....do you?????
we spend more of our time at work than at home. is it worth it to have a job your unhappy with. i was in s situation like that and i quit............they had to work short for awhile........but......too bad.
i'm sure that made them even more fussy-hahahahahahaha.
go find another job you don't have to put up with that crap.
you could take or use all your vacation time and then just don't go back. if your in charge then maybe you need to look within yourself and correct the problem or you might not have any staff to come to work.....honestly i don't know the full story here so its hard to answer your question completely. try to find a job outside an office group of people like sales position--that removes you from all the clicks at work.

Just ignore them. Im not only having fussy colleagues but also who bad-mouth me to everybody but I just ignore cos God is great. Anything to share simply write to [e-mail]
