I am due for my periods n tonight my ry8 breast started to inch and i rubbed it n now it's burning .. Does anyone know what this is ? It's also sore .. Pls help

This is normal. They can get up to a cup or even two bigger, and yes, very very sore. When you start your period, then the pain should go away within a day or two. Also they may hurt when you ovulate. If it becomes too uncomfortable, try advil or midol. It helps the swelling.

it's normal for your breast to swell before your period or when your ovulating, the hormones are the ones responsible for the changes that occur.. don't worry it will be back to normal as your period ends
