Tom always carries a collapsible box with him at all times. As soon as he stops he erects it, then stands on it. That's why he always appears to be normal height instead of the height of a Hobbit

I have a feeling that she had a pair of flats on, And maybe slouching a little bit. And I bet he had lifts in his shoes. Or he is on an uphil sloap.
I hate it that she wears heals so often. I like a guy who I can at least look in the eye and not on the top of his head.
I just hope Katie knows what she has gotten herself in to. She has always been down to earth and Tom is out of this world...& I don't mean that in a good way.

He could have stood on a box, but it might also have been creative photography. Y'know how they used creative photography in the Lord of the Rings movies to make the hobbits seem shorter in a bunch of shots...? It could've been something like that.
Of course, it also wouldn't surprise me if Tom was just wearing high heels. :P

I saw their wedding pix,
maybe Katie wasn't wearing high heeled shoes, and Tom on the other hand, wore five inches shoes :)

she may have her knees bent under the gown or they're standing on a slight incline with the lens tilted, or Tom has inserts in the shoes to give him height
and yeah like most are saying he is standing on the pre nup
