It means "mother I'd love to F**K". It's meant as a compliment I guess though it's a pretty crude one. My teenage son had friends who referred to me as a MILF until he punched them. He wouldn't tell me what it meant. I found out from a friend and had a tough time looking at the kids for awhile.

Ditto w/ Soul Rebel's comments.

It's a shame that these words have become a part of our common lexicon. When did "pimp" start to have a positive connotation? Or how about "b*tch slap?"

These words are demeaning and insulting to women but for some reason have become acceptable to many (including women).

:-(

MILF is actually 4 words which you should NOT learn.

It's derogatory and insulting to women (especially women who have children).

Peace.

a lot of people are saying this is crude and derogatory. But it's better than being called a MNWTF, right?

It refers to an attractive woman who has children.

Specifically, "Mom I'd like to [word that would get me reported]"
