i got these light green and dark green striped socks the top park is brown and that little thingy for my heel is brown. I am wearing blue jeans , you think it goes with brown shoes. all you can really see is the green on different shade of green stripes.

I think it is always a good idea to plan your outfit around your socks. :o)
Seriously, probably either brown, gray or black shoes would work - unless the green colour is bright and then save them for... hand puppets?

It sounds like they would go better with brown shoes then black, but if your top that matches one of the sock colours, then the shoe colour doesn't matter so much as long as it doesn't clash.

Most probably the best outfit to match your socks would be an army fatigue uniform -- the one that soldiers use to camouflage themselves.
