Evaluate your self if you belong to women whose cycle is 25-28 days. If you belong to this normal cycle, then only ten (10) days of your monthly period is considered fertile period. Considering that your menstruation period came on the first day of the month and lasted 3-5 days, your fertility period from 9th day up to 19th day. From first day of the month up to the 8th day and from the 20th day up to your next period are non-fertility period wherein all sexual activity on these specifice days will not prosper to conceive. The advisable days for you to make love will be from the 9th day up to the 19th wherein these days are considered fertile period for if you are regular cycle and sex on these specific dates has greater chances.
Male hormones to produce sperms has the ability to reproduce active and matured sperm capable of fertilzing a single eggcell from you after 24 hours, therefore, sex every night during the fertility period is okey, doing it every other night on your fertile period is also good and conceiving is more possible if both of you have healthy and physically sound without defects.

To conceive you just need one drop of sperm. But make sure when you are fertile. it's only 5 days. day 1,2,4,5 are chances but day 3 is 100%. If you are regular every 28 days then the days will be counting from the 1st day of your period day 12,13,14,15,16. Day 14 is 100%
also, try to not have sex at least 3 days before for a better chance of "counting" sperm.

It's best not to have sex at all the week before. Then alternate every other night or day what ever your preference would be elevate your hips after every intercourse best of luck...

I believe 24 hours is enough time for a man to "reload". Double the frequency, even if less than a full load is delivered, will still increase your chances of conception. You can have sex every night, however odd as it may seem it actually will cut down the # of viable sperm your body will "store" for conception. It is better to alternate.

Every other day. Sperm can survive 2 days.
