well i guess it means, that love which is true, means that it is pure and unselfishly from the heart. It doesnt get old, by that it means that the love can never end, nor can it ever decrease. It remains pure and whole forever.

It means that if the love you share with someone is genuine, you will never be bored by it, or angry with it, or tired of it (yes, you will probably be all of those at some point, but not enough for it to overtake the love itself). Basically, if it's true, it will always feel new & exciting, and it will last.

the statement is basic. although the body may grow old, the person that one is in love with is still new and fascinating each day. to me, this is the true expression of love. two people that are so in love never tire of eachother and are able to keep eachother mentally and emotionally young. :)
