Your sentence doesn't make sense. There is no such law on the books. First, learn how to write English; then, maybe consider being a lawyer. Also, people don't believe in laws; they either agree or disagree with them. Your words "with us," "against us," and "believe" make you sound like your question is religiously motivated. You know, either you believe in Allah or you don't believe in Allah. And if you don't, then you are against us, so were going to kill you.
