well its not very clear from ur querry in wat u hv antimocobial agent?
following approches can be used
dilution of the substance( if liquid)
by adding an masking agent like lecithin
by giving washing with copiuos ammounts of water
it will be gr8 if u tell specific thing to be get freed from antimicobial

I think that some neutralising agent should be used, like water etc.
