well, i know what you mean, some people have dull look to their eyes. so here's a few tips for ya. never let ur eyes dry after you cry, use visine after to lubricate the eye, drink plenty of water, it will hydrate not only ur eyes, but ur skin and mouth and help ur body do things easier and faster, if you smoke then drink more water than 8 glasses! and if you wear contacts, do not put ur fingers around ur eyes, and make sure ur fingers are moist with contact solution or tap water. the salt from ur fingers dry out ur eyes fast! just a couple hints!

Always get good sleep, drink 8 glasses of water a day, and take a vitamin supplement that has Brewer's Yeast in it. Also, for a quick pick-me-up for the eyes, setting slices of chilled cucumber over your eyes helps reduce swelling, even out skin tone, and give you a nice polish. If you want to go to extremes, and this only applies to people with blue or green eyes, dye your hair a dark color. Something rich like blue-black or mahogany. Meow!

they have certain eye shadows by covergirl that are made for different eye colors that bring out your eyes.
they really work.
