Here goes...
A derelict yet gracious boy strew fibers over the ebbing waters of the stream as he watched the hoar frost glint in the sun like so many inveigle provisions; he tried to refrain from contemplating the actions which had wrought his undoing back before the clarion caused his tractor to rouse.
Hahaha, I think that's pretty good, considering I don't know what "inveigle", "rouse", or "clarion" mean!

The car was towed away, as it had been left derelict for weeks.
