Beef and Pork Tenderloins would be very good. I would love a nice T-Bone steak medium rare. Yeah I go change the outcome of the turkey because it does take a long time to cook it.

dont break tradition otherwise thanksgiving would become christmas or new year. Stick with turkey since turkeys are just cooked only on special occasions. People eat beef and pork all the time but not turkey.

i'm not celebrating Thanksgiving but it would be good if the turkey is subtitute with something that took less time to prepare+cook, for example, cauliflower or may be a carrot.
