The only real differences are physical which then lead to societal which in turn lead to personal. The most important difference would then be the genitals.

Hair, face, neck. shoulders, breasts, waistline. hips. thighs and even toes
Now we can get into the emotional: sad, gloomy, Happy, ecstatic, melancholy.
then the sex : they have vagina's: men have penis

I hate to knock my own gender, but us men live like cavemen while women like to keep their hiuse in order. Women dress for the occasion; men dress to party. Men seem more adventuresome; women like to be in a scene with a sunset. men drink beer; women drink fancy drinks like a shot of their favorite Schnapp's. Aman will eat anything you put in front of him; women turn to the more delicate of foods so as not to gain weight.

This is the stereotype generalization; I realize that others may not comply to these, but it probably fits over 2/3 of the population.
