sky writing of course . The only way to go . just kidding
just be straight forward with her and tell her I cant move in there with you because the room is too small. I think after she gets over her disappointment she will appreciate your honesty.

Sounds like your "friend" used you so she would have someone to split the expenses. You should have checked it out prior to the commitment but since you haven't signed anything there is no way that you can be legally liable for anything. Even if you move in there isn't any reason for you to not move out. Have to wonder how many other people she misled before she laid this deal on you too. Have to wonder about her as a real friend also. Just tell her straight up you've had second thoughts. Tell her this wasn't what she said it was and you're not moving in.

this may be when you have to tough it out for a while -
did you give her a verbal on it? - and did she sign the papers?
never give the 100% go code until YOU have seen the goods (buying a pig in the poke)
this is one of life's great experiences that makes you wiser
and wisdom comes from experience -
how much do you like your friend

i might placed a number of the poison into the hollow until now blockading it up with a chunk of timber.... nonetheless save out the poison and the glue traps for the subsequent couple of days and notice in case you catch from now on.... as quickly as the poison stops getting eaten and glue traps are unfastened from mice for some week you will be unfastened from mice from then on. i might make certain you circulate away no longer something out for the mice to chunk on and make certain you disinfect each and every thing around the kitchen on an regularly occurring basis I.E worktops, cabinets and flooring.

Well she may be mad but you just have to tell her. Also in the future don't make a decision like that until you see what the place look like.

tell her straight and be honest with her. Well in the first place she is the one who exaggerate things to make you believe that the flat is us wonderful and fantastic as it seems so why bother to think of her feelings, did your so called friend mind yours?....

No, no one can make you do anything if there is no contract. Why be unhappy? Tell her how you feel.
