My family has always had the same tradition for christmas, driving around on christmas eve and going light looking. I live in whittier CA, near la...and i've been to altadena ranch and the bailan house but does anybody know where there are some great places to check out near me?

There is a whole neighborhood in Canoga Park where all the neighbors try to outdo each other. There are several streets of houses with magnificent displays! They change the names of the streets to "Candy Cane Lane," "Santa Claus Lane," "Candlelight Lane," and the like. This area is off the Winnetka Avenue exit of the 101, with Oxnard as a close cross-street.

People have driven miles to see these displays, for many years. You simply must check out Candy Cane Lane in Canoga Park!!
