That is because everyone found your answers useless, dull, and boring. You must now go to the end of the line and wait till February 2007.

It means you reached your maximum for the day. If you reach the next level, your maximum will increase. In the meantime, it means to take a break from Y!A.

it means that you answered all the questions that you are allowed for the day. since you are level 2, i believe your limit is 40. once you answer 40 questions in one day, Y!A will not let you answer any more questions in that same day.
its similar to the thresholding answers thing.

DON'T WORRY, THERE IS HOPE. ONCE YOU REACH LEVEL 5, YOU WILL NO LONGER HAVE A LIMIT AS TO HOW MANY QUESTIONS YOU CAN ANSWER.
