ive tried infos from apple forum but nothing worked... anybody here has the same prob? need help on what to do..

Usually that means it needs to be charged.

If it has sat overnight being charged and that did not work, try upgrading it's version through apple.

If that is not the issue, reinitialize it to the original settings. It will wipe out the drive, but may reset it.

If that doesn't work, you may have a dead battery and have to get it replaced through apple and/or have the flash drive checked to ensure is working correctly.

Which iPod Shuffle is it? Does it have a play/pause, fast forward, rewind, and volume buttons? or does it just look like a stick of gum with the controlls on the earbuds? Either way, plug it into iTunes and sync it to a playlist. Then turn it on and start listening

Send it in for repair.

Better yet, get a refund and buy a Creative Zen Nano.
