Depends on several factors. How old are you? Is there pain when someone presses on your abdomen? Have you noticed any blood in your stools? Does the pain increase when you move your bowels? How long has it been going on? Is it the same as when it started, or has the pain been getting steadily worse? Are you running a fever? Is your urine cloudy? Does the pain radiate from your back in around to the groin? Etc.
As you can see, there are many questions a doctor would ask; then (s)he would have to run blood and urine tests, and probably get an X-ray. It's just impossible to give any guesses as to what it is. Your best bet is to get medical attention. (If you are just asking now, you probably can wait until the morning--just don't put it off for several days; it may be very serious.)

If you still have your gallbladder you might have gall stones. You need to go and get checked out by your local doctor.
