Is there anything that can be added to standard oil based paint to make it dry faster.?

There are mediums but just a note oil painting mediums have very specific physical properties in their fluid state: viscosity, cohesion, adhesion, evaporation rate (solvent), dry time, gloss level, a sticky or slippery feeling.

No, I've been painting, own my own construction company for 25 years, if you mess around with it, you might end up with something weird. It might look good though. You never know with today's fashions.
