Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/rQn0u

Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

first of all; forget about medication unless it's a severe problem!
medication is not the sulotion to everything, although one might think so in these days...

get him to do kegel exercises (these exercises will make his PC-muscle stronger and help him in getting a way stronger erection, and to make him able to hold back when he's going to come. it's important for him to squeeze for what he is worth to fend off the ejaculation). In fact; YOU should do them too - to make your vagina stronger, and to be able to enjoy sex even more. (you will reach orgasm easier.)

search the web for kegel exercises or PC-muscle, and you will find out how to do them (i do not have time to write about them now).

And as suggested earlier in this thread; do the start-stop technique, it's a great way to learn your man to control his excitement! ;) however, make him stop 4-5 times before you let him come, and start this exercise by masturbating him until he can control himself. THEN you can move on to intercourse. If you start doing this kinda exercise with intercourse, your man will have a snowball's chance in hell to contain himself;)

hope this helps.. :)

A good way for him to learn to last longer during sex is when he's just about to ejaculate, immediately stop and get off, so that way he holds it. Keep making him 'build up' and do it again. Also, he can do this himself (masturbating). He'll learn to hold it longer so that way you can both enjoy sex for a more extended period of time.

He should do alot more foreplay on you first and take his time.
They also sell rings that go along the base of the penis. Also maybe have him put on a condom.
You should tell him how you feel and that you have needs too.
Sex for me is mostly about the touch. He needs to do more things like kiss your body or rub lotion on you.

Why doesn't your Penis get hard anymore? I know how you feel. Could be a lot of reasons why you're incapable of getting an erection. This will help you get your feeling/erections back. https://biturl.im/aULDD Works like a charm. Good luck.

My husband had this problem too. It came out of no where so i was kind of suspicious too why he would come so fast. He went to the doctors and they put him on Valium. it's only a 5mg dose before bedtime and it has really helped. Do you tell you husband that you are dissapointed in the duration? If you haven't told him how much it bothers you I think you should. Make him realize that women aren't sex toys but we need satisfaction too, don't let him get off so easy, MAKE HIM TRY!!!

He needs to practice with himself and a bottle of lube. Also train him in the art of foreplay. If he can get it up a second time in the same session let him *** the first time, it will take longer the second and you will both be happy.
