It's from her mother's collection Dereon (subset of the line House of Dereon). Unfortunately, it appears to be out of stock online. The first link goes to the hoodie (not available so can't see it, I hate when web stores do that), the 2nd link has a thread with the description.
Check out the store location on the House of Dereon website to see if a boutique near you might have one. There aren't any current eBay auctions, but you might want to check every couple of days, just in case.
You might also contact customer service at their website and ask when it will be back in stock.

Well most of the time she is wearing her own brand clothing. I think the website for it is www.dereon.com
