My friend is a father of a 12 year old boy and currently lives in South Africa and he told me that in that nation, they need to do health check ups annually (even the size of ur penis!) but the doctor tol my friend that there was a problem in the boy. 'That his penis was below the average size.
He is 12 years old and his penis is about 8cm. Is this really small?

Penis size is determined by genetics. The size of the penis changes during puberty. Penis growth starts between the ages of about 10 to 14 years of age, although some boys are younger, some older. The testicles begin to enlarge first and hair grows in the pubic region. The penis grows in length first and girth slightly later. Sounds about normal for a 12 year old boy . . Everything is down to what stage of puberty the boy has got too.

Sounds normal, besides it's not the size that counts. It's wheither the man knows how to please the partner!
PS= if South Africa did annual health check ups as a nation... they would not have the health problems they do... so ur friend is pulling ur leg ;-)

this is normal for 12 years old boy, he will grow next years.
if he wouldn't grow more than 8 cm, so he will be small penis man,but it will work with this size, specially he is flaccid size in this old.
wait till he will be 18 years then judge flaccid and erected

it will grow n enlarge during his pubertal stage. if its small when he's 12 yrs old, try waiting till he's abt 13-14, and measure again. by 13-14 he would already have reached puberty.
