The Pacific league should be selling soon since the schedule is fixed. The Central league hasn't set up their official schedule yet. I asked around and baseball fans said that they should start selling them in February.
If you already know your traveling dates, I would suggest that you contact the concierge of the hotel which you will be staying at and have them book your tickets.
You can purchase them on the internet but I could only find it in Japanese. I HAVE found this site that SAYS that they will purchase the tickets for you, but personally I do not know if it is a fraud or not, but you can take a look anyways.
