sometime i do feel a little lump in my armpit. but i thought is because i am feelin too heaty that causing the lump. and it hurt abit when touch.. but after a few days it disappear. it only appear whenever i am 'heaty'.pls help but i dun really have the money to see a doctor as it is quite expensive for the checkup in my country

This is not a diagnosis. It's possible that the lump is a swollen lymph node -- the location is right. If you can't afford to see a doctor, there's not a lot you can do except wait it out, try to take good care of yourself and hope that whatever your body is fighting off loses.

You should find a way to see a doctor. It could be a tumor, but more likely, because it comes and goes, it could be swollen lymph glands that are under the armpit. That can happen if you have a viral or bacterial infection.
