A salad perhaps?
Or maybe leftovers from the yummy asian meal you cooked last night? Just a minute or so in the work microwave & away you go!
How about some olives, feta, crackers, nuts, fresh fruit & vegetable sticks?
For Wednesdays.."hump day" (being the middle of the week & downhill slide to the weekend), go to the nearest bar & have a couple of beers!
For Fridays..having worked like a trojan all week, with early starts, late finishes, & no breaks, go to the nearest bar, start with a couple of fortifying beers, then race into wine for the rest of the afternoon!

I like those noodle soups you add boiling water to. It even comes in it's own bowl! Yummy. :)
