Sir, first of all we must be clear about the fact that heredity plays a considerable role in making us bald. The overall polluted environment is also a contributing factor. So, then, what can you do....perhaps, little as a matter of fact except that you should take a well-balanced diet, eat a lot of salads, green-leafy vegetables, sprouts etc. and dont use too much shampoos on your scalp....let the scalp cleaning be a very simple procedure, just apply little bit of coconut oil regularly. Be happy and cheerful...go on long walks in the lap of mother Nature. All this will definitely not add fuel to the fire of "balding process"- it will, God willing, slow down !!

Start taking a blend of saw palmetto and some other heral combinations. It may take 6 months or more to notice any signficant change, but it is still worth it. Saw Palmetto blocks the DHT, which leads to hairloss. Native Americans have been using saw palmetto for centuries.

If your problem is the typical male pattern baldness caused by hormones then get a script for propecia. If the cause is hormonal it will slow the hair loss and may grow new. Try it for one year, if there is no improvement then this will not work for you.

You can't stop/prevent it from happening, but you can help it! Try not to wear hats (especially leather), because it allows little to no air and your hair 'suffocates' so to speak. You could try using this shampoo called Nioxin.. there are different levels and types to choose from! Go to your salon and check it out! Good luck!
