get some finger paint, blend several colors on a paper plate, let the child place their hand in the paint and print a handprint on a piece of fingerpaint paper, then you put two legs at the bottom, the face goes on the thumb, and the fingers are the turkeys tail.

little ones won't mind making turkeys again. Instead of colored paper try using leaves. Let them trace their hands and then glue maple or oak or any leaves on the hand- also if you have pine cones those are fun to make turkeys with they can stick feathers into them

Draw an outline of their hand. Decorate that outline as a turkey - the thumb is the head, the fingers are the tail feathers.

Make cutouts of pilgrim hats and clothing and glue them onto bodies (you can predraw for the little ones).

Family Fun also has a ton of great ideas (I love this magazine).
