I get what you are saying and i think it's rude for all the other people to go off on you like that. Yes the mother was white but you were wondering why a black man and a white woman could have children and they would come out looking fully white. Sometimes some genes are more dominate then others, sometimes it ends up that way, he could possibly have some white in him, and also his kids are slightly tanned/caramel but not too much. Michael was diagnosed in the 80's with a rare skin condition called Vitiligo.
it is a skin condition in which the skin is robbed of its pigment causing the skin to turn white,and it is worse for some people then for others,and it cause's the skin to become blotchy,with the natural skin tone to the skin affected with Vitiligo,people from all races can get Vitiligo.
Michael unfortunately was one that has gotten a really bad case in which almost his entire body was affected,but he has been able to use make-up to even out his complexion.

He has the genetic skin disease called Vitiligo which causes his skin to lose pigment and he evens it out with makeup (he used to use dark makeup but it got so bad that he has to use light makeup now cause it would take too much dark makeup)!!
