you may also purchase what is called a heating element pipe wrap, which you would wrap around your pipes prior to the instalation of the insulation. also speak to your qualified salesperson about a heat resistant tape to secure the heating element around the pipes. plus most important evaluate all such element heating wraps for the lowest voltage required. i am 99% sure if you go to your local home repair / hardware store a qualified person will be able to assist you in the safest and most economical solution. good luck

Once you put up a wrap on you mobile it's almost to late but, if it's good it should do. Put pipe wrap electrical tape on the pipes if they're copper. They have a wrap for pvc now too. Also put a pipe insulation over this. This is what I did on my pipes. We lived in Northern Minnesota on the Canadian border, it hit 55 below sometimes. Granted, they did freeze when I wasn't careful and the dog knocked some of the insulation down, be careful, don't have any dogs.

i suggest you use pipe insulation. If your home is underpinned and you have central heat with floor vents you only need to insulate your outside spigot(s). Heat from the ducts will keep the temp. warm enough under your mobile home.
