you need a tax number to report taxes
consider selling something that no one in the mall has thought of - or something spectacularly different to put you on 'the map'
you need the rights to sell it - buy wholesale - sell retail - and make your million $$$
contact your mall to see if they have restrictions of what can be placed for sale

You need to be very careful not to mention any Artists or songs, you have a chance of being open to being sued. Not really sure what you can sell, hmm. Why not try something like a podcast station they can sit down, download to their mp3 player and go. Not a bad idea! What about getting a few computers set up with itunes and urge or some kind of software they can use(not limewire or anything like that) then you can pay for the use of your computer for them to buy music onto their mp3 player! Once again, not a bad idea!
