how to make my machine's ip as a valid ip as others can browse through?

hi all..

say this is my ip 10.199.72.70 whe users browe on net giving
http://10.199.72.701 then it should display me the localhost website
i ve iis as my local server. when users use tat ip for browsing then
it should be directed toward my local ip
how to do this
in detail and step by step procedure is needed

If u have a router, it'll be easier...Inside the router setting (Port Forwarding), forward port 80 (which should be the default web server port #) to the PC LAN IP. Then any http protocol will be routed to the desinated LAN PC.
