Hmm. Good question. I've never really heard of a tipe-rope, what is that?
A tight rope would be more dangerous. Someone could walk that without a net. They could also fall and die. But yes, they could.

I CAN.......
I can walk a tightrope without a safety net....as long as the rope is loose, and only 4 inches off the ground.....
