As the super ball has an extremely high coefficient of restitution, hence, what i thought i that it will bounce back to the height of the building or even more considering the mass of the floor at which it strikes to be infinite. And it goes on bouncing back for a long time. This is for the one ball, if thousands such balls are dropped simultaneously then it creates a chaos in the environment.

Besides being arrested, you'd probably kill somebody if one of the Super balls landed on someones head. But I think the top of the CN Tower is fenced off so it would make it impossible to throw something 'Off' the Tower.

Good question. I wonder if a superball would bounce all the way back up to the top... or even half way.
