I'm not a guy, but nobody else seems interested in answering your question, so I will. Circumcision removes the foreskin, the flap of skin that protects the penis when it is not erect. It became popular as an attempt at cutting down on masturbation, which did not work! It is ritually required for Jews and most Muslims.

Circumcision cuts a man's sexual pleasure in two ways. First, the foreskin is very rich in nerve endings, and once it's gone, the sensation from those nerve endings is gone and can never be restored. Second, without the foreskin, the glans (penis head) rubs against the man's clothing and becomes hardened and desensitized. Some circumcised men cannot climax in normal intercourse and must masturbate after intercourse to release semen. Since the head is harder and drier, it feels kind of rough to a woman, and usually lubricant is helpful - not needed by an intact man, as the foreskin is soft and moist.

Circumcision is male genital mutilation! It's barbaric.
