THE TRUTH of the matter is that while spinach DOES contain vitamins and nutrients that will allow you to build bigger muscles, it does NOT give you instantly big muscles like Popeye. Such things don't happen in real life, not even with steroids.

It will help you become stronger, just not really quickly.
It has vitamins, and iron, and rocks.
You still need to exercise to build up muscle, and it takes some time.

lol. going to the gym and doing weights will probably make you stronger. spinach is very good for you though, so eat as much as you like and enjoy!! (sings.......i'm popey the sailor man *toot* *toot*)

technically yes. spinach is supplied with all kinds of good stuff that works for you body and makes you stronger, but to much of it can make you fat if you fry it.
