Might be, Jim. But, as far as I know, even a cigarette without nicotine is dangerous. It's the tar, and the smoke that will hurt you the most.
Far better to quit smoking altogether.

I don't think there is.
You are better giving up if you can because while nicotine is harmful and addictive it's actually not as harmful as the other chemicals in cigarettes, like formaldehyde!

nicotine is a natural subtance found in tobacco. without nicotine, smoking won't be addictive. don't think the cigarette company interested in removing it out
