I have some big petrified wood logs, but I'd like to cut some to smaller sizes and polish them. Any tips?

You need a diamond Rock and Gem wet saw.You will need a Rock polisher as well.Look for Rock and Gem shops.I ges you could use a Masonry blade in a circular or tabla saw,They are 3 times the thickens of a Rock saw.
